I highly recommend going to Providence Bicycle for sales and service. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased a Specialized Pitch Sport 650B and went back a week later to purchase a Specialized Jynx for my wife. I also purchased 2 Raleigh hybrid bikes a few years back there and received the same outstanding customer service then as well. I will always go to Providence Bicycle for ALL my bicycle needs! I can't say enough good things about this place. I bought my bike there after shopping around, I have it maintained there and I regularly stop in for things I need. I have never had a bad or even mediocre interaction with the staff. A few weeks ago I stopped into another local shop and the difference in customer service was so extreme I left without buying anything and went straight to Providence Bicycle.
Highly recommend!! Staff is very knowledgable and more than accommodating! Been to many shops and this is the best one around!
