Consistently awesome customer service! I'm grateful to the service guys for helping me (as a newbie) learn without leaving me feeling dumb. Yesterday, one of the guys straightened my wheel quick while I waited because I had a super short ride window. Much appreciated kindness and a willingness to share their knowledge. I had my bike tuned up and refit at Providence Bicycle in Warwick. Mark rocks, took the time to get the bike perfect, really amazing . I would recommend Mark to any one anywhere , he knows his stuff big time !
I was told when I dropped off my bike that they were a few days behind so instead of the normal couple of days, it would be 10. Promised on the 31st yet never received a call. Waited until the 6th to give them a call and no one seemed to know the status..after finally figuring it out they said, yes it's been ready :-(
