Bought a beautiful bike almost 4 years ago from here, rode it less than 5 miles because it definitely needed some cable tightening. I never made it back in to get my initial tune up until today! Spoke with Mike who fixed it up within 10 minutes so it rides better than like new! I'm so thankful for these guys helping me out - maybe now I'll actually be able to ride this summer!

Love it here, I come in at least once a week both at the providence shop and east providence shop. I never feel like I'm annoying the employees and everyone is always so helpful. I'm enjoying my giant contend road bike and ive purchased most of my riding gear at providence bicycle. I love the brands they carry and I Can't wait till next year when I upgrade to a new bike.
