Great bank! The team here is friendly, thoughtful, and truly cares about my banking experience. On quite a few separate occasions they have gone out of their way to help me straighten out my banking.
Absolutely the rudest customer service people which I have spoken with ever. If you get jesssica as a representative I would definitely hang up or ask for someone else. She is condescending and has a tone like you are bothering her. Signing up for online banking is a good hassle and cannot be done on a smartphone. Closing my account after only 24 hours and regret that I rented a safety deposit box. Sidenote: I only have 75 bucks in the checking account , the safety deposit box is stuffed with cash.
