Beware of the HOA. Talk about a scam. I complained about weeds growing wild in the two main entrances. They basically come out once a summer. The landscape lights have been out for years. Fencing blown down and they can’t seem to repair that. So $450 bucks a year gets you basically nothing.

I have lived in Summertree for almost 9 years. I would not recommend this company. Since taking over our HOA in Summertree, they have done little to address ongoing issues within the community. Numerous residents have raised concerns, yet there has been little to no action. One example is the neighborhood fence, which has been down for several months without being repaired.
