I have been here in Providence at prairie oaks for five months. When we found these apartments we where just looking for somewhere to stay in order to move out of a hotel. When I visit the complex it seemed nice but needed better yard upkeep. Staff was very friendly until you sign your lease. They get rude and very unprofessional. To be honest I was dealing with it until I went in on the 30th of October to pay my rent for November when I was told that I owe $273.00 for my prorated rent from when i moved in on July 23, 2015. ... read more
