The staff is amazing always upbeat and willing to help
I have been here for 16 yrs. this is a wonderful place to call home. The office staff is wonderful and quick to help you in any way possible. The maintenance is amazing and on top of everything.
Mrs. LINDA NORMAN! I’m not sure if anything else needs to be said. She’s so knowledgeable and concise with everything she’s exposing and knows the rates of the competition. I went in looking for a unit for my family. I’d been to a FEW other Complexes and I gotta say, Linda was by FAR the best Leasing Agent I’ve spoken to. I’ll recommend everyone to at least give her a shot at getting you in a new HOME!
The staff nd maintenance are absolutely the best all my neighbors are so nice and inviting. The pools are beautiful, I am in love with my apartment. I could have not asked for a better place to live, Thank you Linda for moving me in.
My year lease is almost up, & I can still remember how easy and smooth Linda Norman made the whole process for me. I was able to do everything from work and get approved. I love these apartments, the double gates to my building make me feel more secure with my kids. Property is always kept clean pool is always maintained. Any time I've had any issue with my apartment, maintenance has been quick to get whatever issue I'm having fixed. I will miss these apartments.
Well I just say that Melinda is the best leasing Specialist ever. She makes sure that everything runs smoothly. Linda is good you just have to get to know her. I would tell anyone that is moving in to a new apartment to check these out first.
I usually don't do this but I am so incredibly upset and disappointed in this apartment company. I have lived at this property 2 years in May. Since the day I moved in I have requested multiple times for a parking permit which is required for every resident to park in their designated area. Due to the fact they have never issued me a permit nor complied with my requests I have assumed it was just an understanding between both parties to leave well enough alone.
