Called numerous times. Got nothing but promises and no visit from any nurse or physical therapy or occupational therapy all of which were prescribed and the referral was processed. Even spoke with the executive director. A very sweet woman, I felt sorry for her for--her second week in command of a malfunctioning organization. Before Providence sold to Compassus, we received great treatment for another resident of our home. But this new arrangement is not functioning.
