The process of my move in process was one the best processes I’ve ever had. renu the property manger was so nice and helpfully. Would highly recommend applying to these apartments
They're very cordial when they want you to move out or renew your lease, but after that, they don't care about you. You report a maintenance emergency, and even at the office, they dismiss it. Furthermore, you can see the maintenance staff prioritize trash or walk through the property while you wait for them to address your emergency. On the other hand, the street has many potholes, the entrance and exit gates don't work, and they still demand payment. It definitely becomes less habitable every year.

I was invited to visit the property on a few different occasions and each time that I have been the property was very inviting. The manager Renu is usually out walking the property and making sure things are being done and up to par. The grounds are clean and the pool is the main focus of the yard from the office. It looks very refreshing and clean it even has a rock waterfall and a beach area for lounging.
