I was a patient of Dr. Wolfgang. She had me on a bridge medication therapy and she had me taper off of a steroid BEFORE the other medication even started to work. I've been in EXTREME pain. I had to message and wait (over the holidays, and while she was on PTO) for her to get back and tell me to take more steriod medicine.. when she should have had a proper taper figured out THE FIRST TIME. A broken system of Providence. Why would you put a new patient with a doctor about to go on maternity leave? I could see her coming in to take care of patient appointments but not to take new patients. The other broken system is the after hours answering service. Why do you have a new employee training to take calls when she doesn't know the basics of taking information so the doctor can call you back. Like Name, date of birth and phone number.
