I had a self-guided tour scheduled at 3:30 PM on Saturday (01/17/2026). The leasing office required me to leave my driver’s license before starting the tour. I returned at 4:30 PM, well before their posted 5:00 PM closing time, and the office was completely empty. There was no staff, no instructions, and no way to retrieve my ID. Been living here for four years and I have never, ever, had to call maintenance so many times in my life. My unit is literally falling apart. Never have I lived in an apartment where they not only REQUIRE you to sign with a specific internet provider, but they also REQUIRE a specific speed plan(1GB) for $60 a month. No opt-out, even if you don't need that high speeds or want to use a different ISP instead. Belle Tran should not be employed here. I drove 2 hours here and came for a scheduled, confirmed tour. i walked in and she was on her phone, she looked up and made eye contact with me but did not greet me, and went back to looking at her phone. i walked up to her and said i had a tour scheduled, Belle said there were no tours available. i asked questions about the apartment (very basic questions anyone could answer), and she said she didn't know. she was not willing to find out either, like doing a quick online search or ask... read more
