My wife and I had an appointment to tour the apartments and nobody ever showed up. We were on time with our two young children, but the only woman in the office simply glanced up at us before looking back at her computer. This place over charges by at least $1000/month and has the audacity to make the tenants pay the campus electricity bill, as if they can't afford it off the massive profit they leech from their tenants. They also recently started charging a MANDATORY monthly Internet fee even if you have your own Internet provider. They implemented "smart technology" across campus to "cut costs" and then started charging tenants a mandatory monthly tech fee. We lived there for 3 months. They have horrible ethics. We hardly got any security deposit back even after leaving everything perfectly. They charged us for stuff (very minor window stain, a centimeter wide spot in washroom) which were there when we moved in. They also charged us stating the microwave as “dirty” when there was ONE grain of rice, and more like this. I’m leaving this review so that you know what you are getting before renting.
Sadly theft has increased in this area beware....
