I have attempted to call, multiple times, DURING REGULAR WEEKDAY BUSINESS HOURS, to PAY MY BILL with a card, and get nothing but the "after hours" line! There is no voice mail, no email address, and no option to pay on line!!!!! Really? Other than driving 50 miles and walking into the office, hoping someone will be there, how is one supposed to contact you??? I have no complaints about the procedure, but your inaccessible office is unacceptable.
Trying to find written covid guidelines and coming up empty. Even called the phone # and was told by a nice lady that I needed to call preop. Asked preop and was told it was "policy". Where is this written for patients to read about? The policy does not seem to jive with CDC guidelines so confused to say that least. I will just pray I test negative but with the rise in home tests and high cost of having to get a lab confirmed test when its not really needed, one would think that this organization would be able to be realists... read more
The billing department is horrible, they are rude and inconsiderate.
They keep sending me bills that have already been paid by my insurance.
