Is it not an emergency hospital? It is a long wait for hours, I had never looked at such a slow hospital. My wife was crying in pain from a severe pain in the bush, and the response was sorry is a long waiting for a long time.
Been waiting 2 hours to be seen for chest pains.
The doctor was actually willing to help me quit drinking and help with my withdrawals, so thankful !
Just went for wound care. Was taken back and triaged quickly. Nurses and doctor moved quickly, performed their care plan, came up with an action plan, consulted the proper plastic surgeons based on CT scans, and sent in referrals and meds quickly. Over all, a really good experience as far as visiting an ER can go.
This ER good for physical health conditions but went because I had a panic attack and was told by the check in nurse "your just freaking out!!" even though I was sitting calmly and explaining I wasn't sure what had happened, I was very publicly shamed in their waiting room for a physiological event I had no control over. They really need to get a better screening process for who they hire, compassion is part of working healthcare and they seem to be hiring people who don't see it as a priority.
