They keep rescheduling, when in the clinic.. they’ll say the doctor doesn’t have time to see my son. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment! They did this 3 times
So far NOT impressed with this clinic. I've been trying to get my daughter an appointment for going on 3 weeks for a PFT. I've had our referral faxed twice and even emailed when I got the email address from the pulmonology receptionist. Yet she claims to have received nothing. Very hard to get someone on the phone at all and so far have been utterly unhelpful in trying to get this appointment scheduled. They clearly could care less.
