my wife and I called to be seen due to our baby becoming high risk and the front staff was amazing, however we had to schedule our appointment to see dr barber 5 weeks out (to be an initial consultation with him and an US to see how the baby is doing) - she was at the end of her 2nd trimester. While on the phone they offered to stack an appointment with the genetic counselor so we agreed. First appt was moved around so much. They called every other day for 3 days to see if I could change the time. Second appt was made at the office for 6 weeks later. Only to call on day of the appt to have them tell me there is no appt made. They are very disorganized and not good at communicating.
Not impressed so far. Was given a referral on the 23rd. Apparently they were closed on the 24th (but no info on voicemail or anything to reflect this). Obviously closed on the 25th. No contact on the 26th. Called and left a voicemail in the afternoon that was never returned. Called this morning to be told by a receptionist who sounded annoyed that they just got my referral yesterday and it hadn't been reviewed yet and they would contact me "early next week" to schedule an appt.
