Very disrespectful, lost my watch, had to go back not once but 4 times and still nothing and they said somehow it ended up in Racine Wisconsin.
They lost my brother’s watch and kept making up excuses that it was at another place . Don’t recommend this place at all, the workers are very disrespectful.
Amazing service, best jeweler in the mall! Go see them for cleanings or jewelry in general!!!!
