They do not have customer service anymore. They have not been out to check my machine in well over a year, closer to two years.
Stay away from this business if you are seeking care for yourself or a loved one. My opinion of them was validated by healthcare providers who tried to communicate with them on my behalf. They are unresponsive, unprofessional and unnecessarily arrogant.
I've tried to reach customer service four times and no one ever calls or emails back.
ProvidaCare has no CUSTOMER SERVICE at all!!! Look for another company to serve you better.
Been with Providacare for almost a decade now. Great customer service, always helpful, reasonably priced and always deliver to my doorstep on time. Great company.
I have never been so upset with a company to seek out their Facebook page to complain. This company has horrible customer service and has forced me to end my attempt to use their services by lying to me yesterday. I have also advised my Doctor’s office to not to refer any of their patients to this company. I was so excited to have a Medical Supply Company in Round Rock and even on my daily commute path.
