My Insurance only covers O2 thru them, so I must use them every time, and customer service is horrible! Late return calls, prompts me to keep calling on different days, to see if i can "catch" them. i even visited one day they office and they were there!!! Not all that busy! They are even charging my Insurance company for house call(s) I did not even schedule. Bad but I must still rely on them, for now.
I have had service with the Round Rock location since July 2014 and it has been one hassle after another. Today, Sept. 30, 2015, I received a call from their service tech stating that he had orders from me to pickup my oxygen equipment. Mind you I am on oxygen 24/7 and made no such order. He then asked if I had been contacted by the office that as of the first of something they no longer accept medicare. I have not been contacted by anyone from this company regarding such matter.
