Although I am not a client, he reached out to apologize for our experience and to listen to my concerns and suggestions about what would have made the experience better. I've had Proven Termite Solutions work on my house at least 4 times now. As California homeowners know, we all have termites and it's just a question of when you'll need termite work done. We've had a few places of dry wood treated and also got subterranean treatment last year. Every time PTS has come out, they've been friendly, professional, responsive and answered all our questions. They've been very transparent in their pricing and I haven't had any problems.
