Came in to ask about Day passes and Dan was the nicest guy. Happy to oblige and gave us a lot of good info.
Nice place to come get right! never crowded with all those "Body Building Teams" equipment is not even a year old and they are constantly looking to improve the facility so the members have a better experience. Definitely a good spot to be.
Excellent facility! good mix of members from a myriad of fitness backgrounds/goals. Right in the middle of downtown, minutes away from the beach, friendly staff, 23 hours access 7 days. They offer a variety of training & nutrition options; as well as retailing supplements at great prices!!
Had a membership there for 2-3 years that I unfortunately just had to cancel because of a new job/home and am very sad to go. Saw a lot of results there in both myself and the gym. Never a problem when it gets packed as there are plenty of weights to go around. Very neatly organized sections - cardio, smith machines, racks, free weights..they also have separate room for classes with just a ton going on.
