When this was Proveer it was great. The front line caregivers are still great, but their hands are now shackled by heartless leaders. Sadly the management firm, Distinctive Living, is run from the top down by people who are hateful and don't care about my mother's well-being at all. I wish I could rate ZERO stars.
If I could have given this place less than one star I would have. Sure this facility is beautiful (when memory care isn't covered in cheap dollar tree crap) but that's about all it has going anymore. It used to be so well run with staff who you could tell cared about everything and everyone. Sadly months ago that all changed. Almost all the directors and replaced. The only thing I can say positive about this facility is the location. Upon moving my mother in, I knew there was not an Executive Director and there was some confusion. But the Director of Nursing was supportive. Then came the new Executive Director, Susan. Immediately turned from OK to hell. Major issue for me was medication management. Or the total lack of.
