Dr Prousi and his staff were amazing! Explained everything, answered all of our questions without rushing us, and were so genuinely kind and friendly. Dr Prousi even walked us to our car when we were done! I only wish I had taken my older two children to him when they got their wisdom teeth out! Beautiful office too!!
Dr. Prousi and the staff were great. I had a cracked tooth removed yesterday. He talk me through everything before he did anything. After about ten minutes the tooth was out and no pain. Called me later in the day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend him.
You know, I pretty much dislike medical community because of many terrible and inhumane people/experiences I have had the pleasure of encountering. Today for the second time in my life a doctor has given me some glimmer of hope that the humanity within the medical field still exists. The doctor who performed my surgery called me personally a few moments ago to check on me, this speaks volumes to me. Not his assistants, receptionist or a nurse. I had an emergency tooth extraction today because it split right down the middle (still bummed I forgot to get a pic of it!) My dentist made a quick call and was able to get me right in to see Dr. Prousi. The entire staff was amazing, they priced me out several options for removal/bone graft/implant and didn't pressure me to get it all, in fact told me that I didn't necessarily need it since it was in the back.
