First time customer today and unfortunately it will be my last. Used the online ordering system to have my wings ready right at 4:00 when the store opened. When I arrived the order not only wasn’t ready but also had not been started. Somehow it was in there system because they found my order but it did not get started. 15 minutes later my $35 order was ready and the most I was offered was a free drink! What a joke! RecommendedBest wings in Auburn, by far. The staff members are polite and knowledgeable on the phone, which seems like a dying art. I think I actually spoke to the owner when I called to place an order last weekend and he was such a down to earth guy. All their wings are great, but the lemon pepper, hot and medium are our favorites. If you have teenagers, get the Fiesta Fries. 🔥
Ordered today, first time ever. Read some reviews and was quite excited- only to be completely disappointed. Order 24 wings- half naked half hot. And fries with cajun seasoning & cheese. Fries were overly coated with seasoning. I choked on dust a few times. The amount of cheese was on point though. My wings were dry af. Had a mistake in an order and was shorted 6 wings...first mistake that has been made in the several years I’ve ordered from here. Management went above and beyond to make it right. Everyone makes mistakes on occasion (also see: Auburn football in the fourth quarter of today’s game), but what you do to rectify it goes an extremely long way. Highly recommend this Auburn staple.
this is the first place I recommended to anyone who has never heard nor tried. Cajun ranch has been my favorite ones to get. add cheesey tots and you'll thank me later.
