Company is all worried about money. It's ashame. Alot of people left because they the company doesn't care about the clients or employees. I was one of them who left. I am with the best ABA therapy program in South Jersey now and love it! Small company that actually cares and your child is not just a number. The owner even comes to talk with parents and gives them his personal line. Do not go to proud moments!!
The best place for my child. Every day I leave without a worry. Regarding his therapy, I see a significant change that has helped him in his daily life.
Ghosting and neglecting to follow up with a parent and child in need is highly unprofessional. Consider changing your name to “dreadful moments” because from the personal experiences I’ve heard of how you treat your clients —- it seems fitting to the culture. Shame on you.
My son has been on the waitlist for this facility for the longest time, when we were able to go, we were didn’t have the insurance coverage. Once we did, we had to go back on a waitlist. Finally, we were seen in May 2025 for my son‘s evaluation and told he would start end of May beginning of June. Well, that timeframe passed we went all of June with not one phone call as to why he has not started.
