I call this place sad moments because when I think about the way, I was treated by this company it makes me incredibly sad. Before you place your child here you should know that this is a private equity backed company.

I am compelled to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service I have received from this ABA office. Despite being a full-time client for over three months, I did not receive my first bill until I proactively requested it, and even then, communication was inconsistent. The office's reliance on third-party billing appears to be the root cause of this issue. If you are interested in even speaking with someone I’d recommend it not be Chelsea, very condescending and rude, not looking to help in any facet. To think in a world where we are trying to get help for our kids with specific needs, we are met with such resistance from the special needs of the non loving staff members. Lucky I couldn’t give a half star

If you are considering Proud Moments for your child's therapy needs, I recommend paying close attention to matters of cleanliness and safety when you tour the center. Staff turnover is extremely high, particularly among the most caring providers, due to lack of clinical supports and the outwardly rude and uncaring director. Explore other options.
