I have mixed reviews. One I think that assigning one staff per child is a formula for staff burnout. It’s not fair for one staff member to have a child with difficult behaviors daily and another have a fairly easy kid daily and get the same pay. I can understand why RBT staff would be frustrated. The BCBA was extremely dedicated to parent training and being available. What I most disappointed in was the lack of communication. Run! Always canceling last minute!
Very unprofessional, therapist never show up, they take so many leaves, no substitutes, They charge more for many reasons we not even aware.
The reviews are horrid. That's sad thank God for reviews.
Love it here! They made this new experience in life easy for me and my son. He is 4, and is the first time he’s truly away from me. He loves going there & shares a special bond with his aid.
