No one answers the phones… period
Wasn't even able to make an appointment. No one ever answers the phone and then you talk to 4 different people via email just to go through the process of making an appointment and still they are unable to get the proper information from the insurance company. Will not be using this company for services.
I have no words to express how caring, kind and professional this practice has been to me. All Proud Moment ABA service company staff members are highly skilled and professional. Thank you all for all the wonderful help you provided to my son. Much appreciated. Special thanks to my son BCBA Kristin Carter great personality and professional. I appreciate it very much. We have been so blessed with a wonderful team from the beginning from BCBAs and RBT. My son had made progress by leaps and bounds because of the team and programs put into place. I appreciate that programs and goals are clearly explained before, during and afterwards. We are forever grateful.
