Everyone my child and I worked with were great. A change in staffing however left us high and dry so we receive no services anymore and it happened with no notice. It took us years and one wait-list after another to get to the paint where we were able to receive services. Finally getting the help we need and then getting it ripped out right underneath our feet after just a few months of service is heartbreaking. Our rbt and her supervisor were amazing and did help us tremendously in the short time we were with them!
Our son is over 18, and Proud Moments does a wonderful job with him. The techs are caring, concerned, trustworthy, and patient. The BCBA's are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful with their guidance.
Dylan Kazyaka is seriously the best BCBA to work with. His professionalism and teaching skills are top notch. He has truly made my experience at proud moments the best!
Our experience with in clinic services was quite positive after a rocky start. The communication wasn’t ideal but it worked out after we showed up and didn’t have a BT there for my daughter like we were told would be there, services were then delayed a week. The BT my daughter ended up having though was wonderful (Alyssa). Then my daughter was supposed to have in home ABA after school starting in Sept.
