Run for the hills. No one in the Company answers the phone, there is high staff turnover and we have had a nightmare of an experience with little to no communication about scheduling, wrong information provided to use and safety concerns. No one takes concerns seriously. We can't get away fast enough (because no one answers the phone or returns phone calls).
The staff is wonderful. They are very caring and helpful. We have seen improvement in our son. We are satisfied with their services. We would like to mention Christina, Laura, Claire and all we have come in contact with have been attentive and helpful.
