Pro touch did my roof 2 years ago. they convinced me to do a claim to Allstate. I paid 3k for the roof ...seemed like a deal but the roof leaks now. My roof did not leak before. Bad company...bad roof...run away...
I thought I sent in my review but I didn't. So I want to say this is a great company. Our insurance company only wanted to replace half of our roof but Pro Touch worked with the insurance company and showed them the why this wasn't a good approach. It took several months of hard work on Pro Touch but they got us a new amazing roof. Plus when I had an issue later Pro Touch was willing to come out and check our roof. Also the customer support staff are outstanding!
