The go-to Geek I couldn't connect to some wireless networks, but connected fine to others. It was a tricky problem that I spent 5+ hours troubleshooting. Protocol 16 fixed it in 10 minutes, billed me fair, and helped me with some data back up questions I had. This was a refreshing change from Geek Squad and other large computer repair services where the quality of service you get, turnaround time, and prices are very hit and miss.
I've worked with many computer repair companies throughout the area. I've dealt with the larger corporations all the way down to the teenager on craigslist. Protocol16 takes the cake, the pie and the kitten caboodle. I worked with two individuals there: Tabitha and Justin.
