Protocall is not a place to work if you value your license, respect your code of ethics and expect to work for a company that treats all workers equally across the board. There are current 2 workers who are on track for Senior candidacy and they do not have a valid license. I am currently fighting against a complaint on my license due to failure of follow up and was denied weekly training to be fired before my FIRST month review. I believe the interview process in the face doesn't give a fair shot to all individuals. I believe not speaking to someone to get to understand their work ethic and potential isn't something this company cares for. They have random questions that are unrealistic and relatable to it could be like working there. Ridiculous. There should've been more open-ended responses. What a joke of a company. Dodged a bullet for sure.

Work life balance is difficult as the work is extremely stressful. It's tough to balance things and easy to get fired for a clerical mistake or taking too long on suicide calls. The pay does not reflect the intensity or difficulty of the job, but they do very much care about providing good service and you will learn great skills or you won't even make it through training.
