There are plenty of businesses that could take some notes from how Proto approaches customer service. Every single person there values every person who walks through the door. I'm constantly impressed with the knowledge of every person I encounter. It's a great place and love going there.
me and the family had a lot of fun for our first experience here recently, we will be back! staff was very nice and patient with the kids.
Fun place to learn new a new skill. We recommend soldering something, playing giant claw, getting a drink, and playing War of Currents but only up to level 1 shock. #teslarules
My brother and I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful. We had hiccup in the file format that he brought to them to print, and they assisted him in revising it, and in the meantime let him talk excitedly about his computers at home and the projects that he's completed in the past. The service was above and beyond, and I would highly recommend bringing your geeky friends in sometime soon.
