The reason for a one star rate is because I wanted builder gel i ask one of the lady if they do it i was told no, then i guess the owner came out told me that they do, do builder gel but gel polish is better last longer. All lies my nails chipped already and it hasn't been a week only day 4 in. Just give what you're client want stop offering other services
If I could give them negative stats I would. The absolute worst. I had been browning my nails out. I went in to get a SOAK OFF!!!!! That does not involve cutting someone’s nails off, and the man that works there cut my nails and claims he didn’t. Well I didn’t do it. Then he calls the lady over and she says he didn’t cut them. I know what my nails look like I’m not crazy. Then the other lady says well he thought you wanted them cut. Now you’re contradicting yourself bc he said he didn’t cut them. Love this place! Great, friendly service and reasonable prices. I’m super picky about letting people do my nails, and the staff at Pro Tips have always done an excellent job.
The best staff! I've been coming here for a few years now and they are always on point. Place is super clean, everything is reasonably priced, and the service is outstanding!
