My washer went out I’ve had it less than 3 months. It was still under warranty, I have been without a washer for a week and they have still yet to deliver a new one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
Bought a dishwasher and made an appointment for them to install it before 12pm 9/20/18. They waitied for my hubs to call them before giving an excuse that the delivery guy was running late. Getting the run around about a restocking fee...YOU didn't deliver it dumb dumb so now you want to charge us for your stupidity? My husband is on the way there now for a refund.
3 months, several tech visits, HORRIBLE service. Technition kept cussing, broke the door on our dishwasher...I don't even know where to begin.... Aweful aweful aweful!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
7 weeks later. 4 visits. 2 technicians. Each visit ends with our dishwasher being worse off than it had started. Do not use this company!
Horrible customer service. Horrible repairs. Still not fixed. Made everything worse. I do not know how this company is still in business.
