Proteus Discovery Group is unequivocally the worst discovery group in my 6 years of experience. Leadership, beyond being unresponsive, engages in questionable billing and treatment of contract attorneys. I worked for Proteus Discovery Group for over 2 months and when my independent contractor agreement came to an end, Proteus withheld over 100 hours of pay for alleged billing discrepancies in the prior weeks.
