Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were late a few times to my appointments, but not as long as my regular MD takes.

Yes, they need to move to a quieter location Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this provider's office too loud? Yes, they need to move to a quieter location Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they definitely weren't clean

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you feel safe in this provider's care?
