This company is terrible ,my old company before they switched ,if the alarm went off by accident, would call to see if everything is ok and cancel the police,not anymore,call them,go through all the menus, be on hold and by the time you wait, the police show up which is the only good thing about it.

Had originally signed up with TNT in 2010, then they sold out to ASG, then ASG to Protection 1/ADT. Every time it was sold the service became worse. Recently, I called to upgrade - better the devil you know, you know? So while I was on the phone with sales I was informed somewhere in all these sales I no longer had fire monitoring, which to some may not seem like a big deal unless you have been in a fire.
