Sales person ran my credit without my permission instantly dropping my score by 4 points. I was told they needed my last 4 of social for their records and then informed that they had just ran it. He kept saying it wouldn't harm the fact that I'm in the process of buying our home. I kept saying no no no and he just said it's already done.

It was excellent. I just wish you guys would be more upfront about the pricing and procedures. The tech was excellent ; courteous and definitely promotes the company well.. Good Experience..

My wife was not familiar with security systems, but after the ADT Technician arrived and conducted some brief training, she has learned a lot about what constitutes an excellent security system. Thanks to the knowledge and experience of the ADT Technician out home now has an excellent security system, which is at an affordable rate thanks to ADT's financial incentives for their customers.

The final decision to have a security system installed in my home was made ONLY because of the 2 technicians who were at my home. They were kind, patient, explained details and the process completely and made me feel comfortable in not only my purchase but in the product I was receiving.

Installation of my ADT security system was smooth and easy. Larry was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He made suggestions to me on what to install and showed me all of your products. I appreciated that and installed some of the products and I feel much safer now in my home and when I am away. The system is working perfectly.
