Great guys Did an amazing job
Last April (2024) Tory Hunnicutt led an inspection of the 1905 property I purchased in DC. At the time, the inspection seemed thorough, but when I turned on boiler heating in the late fall, it was clear that the circulation pump had failed. It would have been useful to know this at the time of purchase. There is no way that an inspection that included turning on the central heating would not have identified this problem.
