They did a great job my deck looks brand new. I love it!
The work performed was substandard. The quote called for one of my decks to be sanded and that did not happen. The other deck was completed satisfactorily. Reponses to my emails, texts and phone calls were very slow if returned at all.

Unfortunately, my guys Jack and Bobby did a poor job for this customer ON ONE OF THE 2 DECKS...Hopefully, good news for the future, we have replaced this team. My apologies to the customer for ANY SUB STANDARD WORK.

Work was quality and fast. The crew was extremely polite. Would definitely hire again
The finished quality of the work did not meet my expectations. Areas where repairs to the wall were requested were painted over and not patched so the finish was smooth. Old caulking was not replaced and simply painted over. Edging was poor.
Business response:
Customer was not present and I wish she was to point out any problems to the crew so they could have addressed at the time of the jobs. This is a crew I RARELYhave issues with and don't foubt the outcome would have been different had the cutomer been available to be on site.

They did a very good job in a timely manner. It's only been a couple of days since it was done, but so far it's looking great.
