RecommendedI called and spoke to Luke to make an appointment for an alignment and another a issue I was having with my car; he was incredibly knowledgeable and not condescending (I get that a lot as a female). Took the car in, super fast work! The technician didn't see a request to do a steering alignment reset on the order, so Luke popped out & took care of that quickly when I arrived to pick up the car. All around **excellent** experience; great customer service & knowledgeable techs.
Great job once again by Protech crew. Always fast, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly.
As a woman, it can be scary to go to a mechanic with the worry of being taken advantage of. Dean explained everything to me simply, and I was confident in his expertise. My suv drives perfect, and I will definitely come back to them, and tell others to go to them for auto work!!
