definitely don't recommend doing business with Pro Tech. They painted my hood and bumper but the color didn't match, wasn't even close, 85%. Shop asked me to bring it back for him to look at and to make it right but in the end Made an was not interested in trying to make it right. He likes to argue and not claim responsibility so I walked away. Austin, Texas....there are many paint shops in Austin that are better equipped and have nicer owners.
RecommendedFirst and foremost I want to thank everyone that works here that worked on my Jeep. A huge thank you to Marwan for explaining the details on the replacement parts, Hoda for being such a caring person and helping me through this and Nour for keeping updated on the progress of the Jeep. I must admit it took me three body shops to go to in order to trust them to have my vehicle back in no time. I picked up my vehicle today after dropping it off on Christmas Eve. I am very satisfied with the work that they did on it & I totally recommend them. My car is 10 years old and I was afraid the paint wouldn't match well, but it did. The only difference was in the touch and feel, much smoother....I wish that the entire car could've been painted.

This place is the best! It is owned and run by the nicest people that truly take pride in their work. We have had them fix and paint two cars, one being a very hard to match custom color, and they turned out great! We won't take our cars to any other shop!
I work for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and see all of the customers happy. This is one of the BEST shops in Austin, Texas. I recommend coming here if you need any kind of body or paint work. I was in an accident last month right before thanksgiving. I called my insurance and they recommended Protech Body Shop. From the second i walked in, i knew I'm in the right place. they inspected the car right away, told me to come back two days later and once i left my car with them, they constantly updated me throughout the week. Marwan and the guys at Protech were awesome! My car was in pretty bad shape with extensive front end damage, cracked radiator and mounts and a destroyed A/C compressor. The work on my car was phenomenal. The car looks and drives better than before the wreck and Marwan guarantees all of the work he does. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone in Austin looking for an honest, high-quality repair and body shop.
