Went for a sticker. They were truthful and thorough, but to repair....way over priced! I had my tires replaced at Town Fair Tire for a savings of $150 for the same brand and model, my tie rods were done at Ocean State Auto Repair for a savings of $100, and alignment at another place for another savings of $30. I saved $280 by going elsewhere!
I've had work done here on several vehicles and the experience has always been the same, exceptional. The staff is polite knowledgeable and fair no matter the size of the job. I don't give a lot of reviews but Protech has far surpassed my expectations on every occasion. Next time you're looking for an honest experience in a typically shady industry give this great local business a shot!
I decided to try out Protech based solely on other online reviews and I was not disappointed. Absolutely 5 star service. I have always had a positive experience with these folks. Very good explanations of the work being done and why. No sales pitches, just honest advice and quality work.
Very knowledgable, trustworthy, and always on time. Also, very clean place. Don't mind waiting for my car since waiting area is immaculate, and if you wanted, they do offer complimentary snacks and beverages!
