You won't find a more honest, professional, repair shop in the north east. You feel like you are at the dealer and don't feel like you paid for it. I drive all the way up from south county, it's worth it. I have a 2010 Lexus gx 460. A 2014 BMW 5 series. And an older BMW 5 series. These guys far surpass everyone.
By far the best garage I've ever been to. Not only did they give exceptional service they went above and beyond what I expected. After two failed attempts at other garages to get a correct diagnosis of what was wrong with my car; and wasting nearly 300$, I had my car brought to protech and was more than satisfied. The manager has the customer service skills. I have been a customer for years. Never mised an appointment till today because my child has the stomach bug.. Called rescedule and was told I couldnt. I had to drop it off for a day. Which is impposble for me to do. He was pompas and didt care tp lose a customer
Protech's staff are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and do a fantastic job of explaining any potential auto repairs without being condescending. In short, Protech provides exemplary customer service and auto care at a reasonable rate. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new auto service provider.
After getting bad service and treatment and being charged outrageous prices at other mechanics, I have finally found a Mechanic/Garage I can trust!!
