Dropped it off at 3pm, they closed at 6pm.. got a phone call at 8:20am ON A SATURDAY the next morning with them telling me exactly what’s wrong and what it will take to fix it... I've had my Audi A4 in for a fuel pump problem. I was pleasantly suprised when the tech went over all the diagnostic and problem solving that they went through to come to the conclusion that the pump wasn't even the problem. It was a valve that was bad. Thanks to them we only had to replace the valve. It has worked perfect for months now. Saved me $$$ and will return for services when needed. Thanks
I've taken all our vehicles to Protech for the past 3 years and they're honest, fair and professional. I've always been able to depend on them. I had an issue with a repair they did for the first time this week and they went above and beyond to correct the problem, which further solidified my loyalty to them.
