They listened to my concern about previous work I had done elsewhere, made sure they understood what I was concerned about and then confirmed they double checked what I was concerned about before they proceeded with the work I wanted them to do. As a single woman who recently moved to Ohio, being able to have confidence in the people who I’m trusting to keep my vehicle going gives me one less thing to stress over.

Been having my vehicles serviced at Pro Tech since they opened their doors. Can't beat their service, professionalism, pricing, etc. They stand behind their warranties and always keep you informed as to the status of what's going on with your service and what future repairs might be needed. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I have had my vehicles serviced at several places throughout the U.S. over the years and this place without question is Tops in every aspect. 🏅 Very professional staff (e.g. John n Shannon - thanks!). Quick competent service at a reasonably fair but not cut rate $$. You do however get what you pay for. HIGHLY recommend!
Great service! I broke down on my day off as I headed to the lake. Protech gave me a ride home so I could continue to enjoy my day while keeping me updated via text.
the protech auto care on Beechmont ave in cincinnati is the best place to go to get your car fixed the people there are very nice and that make you feel comfortable i rate the a 100 percent
