Protech is a joke and a bad joke at worst. I been in there to buy parts and DEAN has told me he will call me 4 times still waiting on that call DEAN. He said parts are on the shelf I go in the company did not have the brackets (no parts) again no phone call. How do you people stay in business. WHAT A JOKE COMPANY. If you need parts go some place else. Less headaches.
