The “extra-mile service” that was always available in the 4.5 years we stored our belongings gave me a lot of peace of mind. Protec is a well designed facility, easy to access, undercover of weather conditions, available hand trucks and completely secure. This is an excellent facility with the friendliest staff (thanks Madeline!), and lower rates with more provided than I found elsewhere. It's very secure, climate controlled, 24 hour, and has gated access. You need a code to get in and out of the parking/loading area, get in the building, and go up the elevator. It's well lit inside, and very clean. There's plenty of flatbeds for easy transport inside.
