At Prosum Roasters we simply want to provide you with an exceptional cup of coffee. In our roastery we hand craft each batch of coffee on a small roaster for maximum flavor. We work with farmers from around the world and build business relationships directly with them. Prosum is one of the best, if not the premier roaster in NM. Their business philosophy is ethical, too.. But, aside from all of that, Prosum's coffee is simply superb and right on par with Blue Bottle, Intelligentsia, etc. If you're tired of the inconsistency of Starbucks and other chain "gourmet" coffee shops, try Prosum. Your only regret will be that you didn't try it earlier.
Incredible coffee, socially responsible company. You have to try this stuff!
